Welcome to happy hour at Dogfish Head Alehouse in Fairfax. This craft beer brewpub features many of the wonderful beers brewed in Milton Delaware by Dogfish Head Brewery. During their weekly happy hour these draft beers are all on special for a $1 discount. They also have discounts on pizza and appetizers as well. Here's everything you need to know about happy hour at Dogfish Head.
Happy hour is every weekday from 4pm-7pm. The specials are only $1 off draft beers, appetizers and pizzas. However, the beers are so good that they can be easy on the happy hour and still have a crowded bar after work. The specials are available throughout the entire restaurant, not just at the bar.
BEER
The beer at Dogfish Head is top notch and its basically the only place where you can get a bunch of their different beers. It's almost like a microbrewery even though they don't brew the beer on site. Because of this (and the fact that it is sort of a tourist trap type spot) the prices are high but the beer is so good it is worth it. Their lower price beer options start at $5.25 which is a hefty happy hour price.

FOOD SPECIALS
Dogfish head offers their appetizers as well as their pizzas for $1 off during happy hour. Appetizers are pretty typical bar choices with wings, calamari, nachos, soft pretzels and more ranging between $6.50 and $10.50.
Pizzas range from $7-$12 depending on what you are looking for. They have crab pizza, cajun pizza and the ability to make your own.
