Carpool Fairfax Happy Hour - Fair Lakes Bars

Welcome to happy hour at the new Carpool in Fairfax. Carpool has your typical bar happy hour running Monday - Friday from 3pm-7pm. The main special is just $1 off their draft beer. You can also get $3.50 rail drinks and a discount on appetizers. Here's some more info on Happy Hour:

Carpool has darts, billiards, shufleboard and Golden Tee, so you can pair up the happy hour with bar games. As you can see on the appetizer list above, the regular price on their apps is quite high. However you can get a few items for 5 bucks. The draft list is pretty good but the prices are high so $1 off doesn't make a huge dent.

Carpool also has daily specials that includes a food item plus a drink, but again it will run you some cash.

Overall the happy hour is a bit disappointing for a bar that is hidden away up in the corner of Fair Lakes and doesn't have much word of mouth yet. Joe's Crab Shack and Blue Iguana the surrounding bars have much better specials. But if you've been to the previous location in Arlington, this location has the same vibe and is a nice spot for a night of games and some beers.

Carpool is a sports bar / billiards hall / game restaurant located hidden away by Fair Lakes Shopping Center at 12821 Fair Lakes Pkwy, Fairfax, VA 22033. This is a new location that used to be in the Ballston neighborhood of Arlington and much of the staff has been retained/relocated.
