First Watch Trifecta - Legend's Pick

First Watch Daytime Cafe is a breakfast restaurant located in Greenbriar Shopping Center of Fairfax. They offer a variety of breakfast and lunch options. It is one of the few places in Fairfax where you can get breakfast. I went down to First Watch and struck gold with my first order, a new Legend's Pick, the Tri-fecta breakfast.

The Tri-fecta ($9.30 before tip) is your basic breakfast option although they throw in a belgian waffle (or pancake) which really makes it a winner. You get 2 eggs any style, your choice of side (bacon, turkey sausage or a sausage link) and a delicious belgian waffle (or multigrain pancake). The price is a little on the high end but the quality of the breakfast was top notch. I added a coffee for $2+.

If you don't like waffles or pancakes you can replace them with an english muffin and seasoned potatoes (called the "traditional") for 50 cents cheaper.

First Watch is sort of like a diner but more like a restaurant. You can order carryout I'm sure but they are focused on in-house dining so be prepared to sit down for a few minutes and to add a tip to your bill.
